In collaboration with Hassell, Optima’s slimline single glazed partitions were incorporated to create acoustic meeting spaces that offered maximum privacy and premium aesthetics. With key objectives surrounding minimalistic aesthetics and maximum acoustics in a single glazed environment, fixed glazing accompanied acoustic aluminium doors to create a workspace that was inviting yet practical to suit the overall functionality as per Arup’s overall design intent.
This full floor, 1450m2 Office fit-out for Arup was started in September 2016 with a 14 week programme handing over on the 23rd of December.
Located on level 14 of Exchange Tower this fit-out includes various custom design features to highlight the client’s day to day services as well as creating an open plan workplace for their staff (Approximately 100) to operate in. One of the standout features incorporated in this fitout was the extent of exposed ceilings showcasing the streamlined services in which our client designs on a daily basis.
