Timber doors and frames are supplied as complete door sets and are manufactured to meet your design intent, including split frames and rebated frames to match a flush fitting leaf.
Timber frames can be rebated to match a 54mm thick solid core flush fitting leaf. The leaf can be finished in a high quality veneer or a spray lacquer. Hanging options include high quality grade 304 stainless steel butt hinges or Optima’s stainless steel Quad hinges where an offset pivot is required. The Quad hinges can be used with floor springs or free swing spindles.
A 44mm thick door set features a solid core square-edged leaf in a high quality veneered or spray lacquered finish. It is supplied with high quality grade 304 stainless steel butt hinges, a range of locking and handle options and optional threshold drop seal for optimum acoustic performance. Where an offset pivot is required, Optima’s stainless steel Quad hinges can be used with floor springs or free swing spindles.
